Supervision

Supervision offers a safe and supportive environment for counsellors to explore their client work and reflect on their practice. It also plays an important part in a counsellor’s on-going professional development and in the maintenance of ethical and professional standards. Under the BACP’s Ethical Framework all counsellors are required to have regular and on-going formal supervision.

Helen trained at Metanoia in an integrative approach to supervision and works with counsellors at different stages of their professional development and across different theoretical orientations.
