Video resources
A series of ten minute videos addressing thirty different areas of well-being, as explored by Rachael and her sister Louise, a clinical psychologist. Although the original aim of these recordings was to help people in lockdown prioritise their mental and emotional health, the areas covered in the videos have an on-going relevance to our day-to-day lives. They offer insight into key aspects of mental health and we hope that you will find them useful.
Rachael and Louise are planning a follow-up video programme starting later this year which we will also make available on this website.
